Steel department
Bending and welding frames
Steel tube is machine-bent and welded into a consistent frame, without the variation of hand-building. Every frame goes through the same steps — that is what makes the 2-year warranty possible.
Plastics department
Injection moulding shells
The seat shells are formed on the injection moulding machines and checked immediately. Fresh off the line, ready to be mounted on a frame.
